This is part of a series of bird outings we will be leading at lesser birded sites within the Forest Preserves of Cook County during each season.
Caldwell Woods, although small in size, is big on diversity, with habitats ranging from flatwoods and floodplain forests to open savanna and oak woodlands. Join walk leader CJ Greco as you walk through the area looking for birds utilizing the various habitats along the paved path at this site.
