Join us for a birding outing at three locations in southwest Cook County! Waterfowl species will be the main targets. These spots can bring in quite large numbers this time of year, and rare birds such as red-necked grebe are practically annual.
The trip will begin at the central lot at Saganashkee Slough at 8am, then caravan over to Little Red Schoolhouse, then finish the day at McGinnis Slough. All locations are within minutes of each other.
Trip Leader: Henry Meade
*Capacity is limited to 10 people and registration is REQUIRED. Please reach out to Henry at meadehenry21@gmail.com to RSVP for a spot.
Meeting Spot: Central lot at Saganashkee Slough.
